The Parkland Group, has forayed into the hotel industry with the simultaneous opening of hotels at prime locations in New Delhi. PROJECT BRIEF
Parkland Hotels represent an aesthetic feel and warmth with a perfect blend of contemporary and state-of-the-art décors.The main challenge of this project was to convert an existing multi-level office building with minimal structural changes into an ultra modern hotel with guest rooms equipped with state of the art amenities. The hotel has guest rooms spread at three levels with a large training cum conference room, meeting room and a business center for the corporate client. The room interiors & furniture are finished in a dark, rich walnut stained wood. The luxurious washrooms are finished in Italian marble cladding & imported fittings & fixtures.
