CLIENT UNITECH, India's leading Real Estate company with a Pan-India Footprint operates high end clubs for its residential sector under the brand PATIO. Nirvana Patio, The newest of the Patio Clubs was envisaged as a cozy cocoon of home like comforts for members, wide open areas swathed in lush green landscaping along with all high end restaurant, sports facilities, coffee shop and bar. PROJECT BRIEF Spread over 3 levels, the interiors for the club were designed and executed to meet the style and comfort demands of the modern day traveler. The scope included interiors for 12 plush fully furnished rooms, a feature Coffee shop in the reception area, Guest lobby that doubles as a meeting or conference area. Also designed was the feature bar along with the restaurant and multi banquets.
